Auslan Level 1 (Term 2, 2026) at Bacchus Marsh, VIC (Face-to-face class)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

In this community course, we will cover these topics:

• Deaf Awareness
• Deaf Community and Culture
• Auslan Grammar and Structure
• HOLME and Facial Expressions
• Auslan topics – Auslan Alphabet, Numbers, Introduction, Colours, Clothing, Family, Calendar, Weather, Places, Transport, Weekdays, Food, Drink, City of Australia
• Practice communication in Auslan and many interactive class group activities.

This is suitable for beginner who wish to learn Auslan. At completion of Auslan Level 1, you will receive a Certificate of Participation.

All sessions will be conducted face-to-face.
